  • How can I order

    You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account.

  • Why should I buy online?

    Speeding up the process. By ordering online  you will get prices faster and you will be able to go through order confirmation and payment process much faster. This could save days of your time.

  • What methods can I pay by?

    When shopping with Meraki, you can pay by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard) .If you order by mail or phone, you can also pay by tele banking or internet banking.

  • Can I use Afterpay when purchasing Brand Partner styles?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to offer Afterpay.


    Can we Order in Bulk ? 


    Yes we are more than happy to take bulk orders . You can choose any design and colour you want and we will make it for you. Minimum order intake is 500 pcs .


    Can you give special price for bulk order?


    Yes we give the best wholesale price for the bulk order with free shipping.


     Can you make any sizes for bulk order?


    Yes we can make any size you want . Just provide your size chart description.


    What other kind of products did we order in Bulk?


    We are specialise in T-shirts ( India’s best cotton) , Huddies , Caps , Cushions and sweatshirts or any kind of work uniform.

  • Delivery

    Standard New Zealand delivery of items purchased through Meraki Limited is within 5 working days.

  • When will I receive my refund?

    We will process your return on the same day we receive your items, once it has been processed you will receive an email confirmation (please check your junk folder!) Your refund will go back via the payment method you used when placing your order. Please allow 5-10 working days for your bank to process the refund. 



  • What happens if I receive a faulty item?

    If you unfortunately receive a faulty item, please send it back to us within 30 days with a description of the fault, and we will process a full refund including the original delivery charge. Faulty items will be checked on receipt and validated. 

  • I am missing an item, what do I do?

    In the unlikely event you are missing an item from your order, this is probably due to your order being dispatched in separate parcels, if this is the case please check your emails, as we will have updated you via email on the status of your order. (Don’t forget to check your junk folder in case it’s ended up in there!). If you still have not received your full order please contact us.
